Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.

During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on the shipping carrier and destination. All delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

OMA Collective is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

OMA Collective is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@oma-collective.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, OMA Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first for assistance. You may also contact us at hello@oma-collective.com, and we will do our best to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@oma-collective.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

At this time, OMA Collective currently ships within the United States only.
